- Set up and operate trommel type screening plants and stacking conveyors.
- Operate loader to load trucks, blend and screen topsoil mixes.
- Direct truck drivers where to dump, push loads and maintain a safe dump site. Often dealt with many trucks bringing different types of material.
- Maintain / organize yard and keep a safe work area. Regularly inspect equipment for safety and functionality.
- Responsible for routine maintenance such as grease, fueling and oil changes. Keep machines clean and pressure washed. Perform minor repairs, belt adjustments, replace hydraulic hoses, etc.
