2022 to present Manitoba Installation Manager-LeafFilter. I was hired to launch a new branch and drove multiple improvements in personnel, install practices, and training processes that resulted in growing the business from $100,000 to $5,000,000 installed in 2024 and projecting a further growth to $6,500,000 per annum. All of this has been accomplished while supporting other teams beyond my responsibility in order to consistently exceed goals set by corporate.

Responsibilities include: recruiting, hiring and managing a team of trainers, service techs, installers and contractors. Managing warehouse operations , scheduling, warranty issues, customer service and contracting. Working with several department heads to achieve and exceed targets.
