As the lead technician for Lethbridge, my daily responsibilities are installing cable, internet, and home phone services, while supporting a crew of other technicians within the area. Support could include training, walking individuals through a process, hands-on training, classroom training, and overall knowledge to pass along to new technicians. Other duties include running coax, fibre and CAT6 lines throughout a completed structure or from pole to home to provide service and signal.
Valleyview Memorial Gardens is a corporately owned cemetery and funeral home. We provided pre-planning options for individuals or families wanting to plan ahead. As one of four Sales Managers, my duties were to provide support and leadership to a team of 14 sales reps throughout the lower mainland in BC. We had extremely high targets set by head office and it was my duty to push the sales reps to achieve the companies overall goals. Each target set by the company was met by my team. We created specific strategies and incentives to push the reps to be their best.
