This involved working with various stakeholders at both JFK and LAX - the airport, authorities and vendors (ground handling, ramp handling, maintenance, cleaning, catering, fueling) to establish a framework within which the airline could efficiently (contracts, cost + quality) operate in the US. This work also included aircraft acquisition and Return to Service, as the company acquired A380 MSN120 from JetMidwest in the Mojave Desert and successfully got the airplane out of storage and into commercial service.
