Summary

It seems to be a bit of a mismatch between my education background and work experience, but as a girl from a science and engineering background, I have strong logical thinking and good math skills. Short-term work experience as an employee has taught me how to work in a team and how to complete new job responsibilities easily and quickly. But it has to be mentioned that the work mainly engaged in the management of stores in shopping malls has benefited me throughout my life. This job is very challenging, because the content of the job is extensive and requires high abilities in all aspects, as well as the ability to learn new things and apply what you have learned. At that time, I was managing 5 commercial stores, and due to my hard work, the final sales target of the stores was steadily increasing at a rate of 20% every year. I have introduced a brand new commodity inventory management system, which is clearer, more accurate and more controllable. I also work with malls on promotions. I also negotiate the fine print. There are two big promotions every year, and each time the sales target is increased by 3 to 4 times. I am responsible for the training of store managers, and the training of store managers is also very intensive and real-time. Improving the management ability of front-line store managers will naturally lead to a steady improvement in store performance. This work experience has exercised my comprehensive management ability as a manager.
You may notice employment gaps when viewing my resume. I am absent because I have time to take care of my children, I have three children. My parenting experience has enhanced my talents in leadership, teamwork, determination and prioritization as I manage multiple schedules, train others, enforce rules and provide 24/7 care. I'm now settled and ready to go back to work. I have obtained a property management license and started to independently engage in leasing management business. Self-employment is very challenging, but my natural personality is not afraid of any challenges, and I have a strong ability to resist pressure and endurance. Self-employed property management experience is also very valuable for experience and wealth stock, but I personally prefer to go to a larger platform to learn more professional property management, especially the management of commercial properties in shopping malls. I hope to have the opportunity to achieve certain results in this field, create more value for the company, and at the same time let myself acquire excellent work ability, grow into a better person, and become a role model for children!
