In the quest to access untapped reserves in the White Rose area offshore St. John's, Canada, wellbore instability was one of the major challenges faced during the fast-paced wellbore drilling phase.

• I effectively used the following indicators to mitigate this menace in wellbore drilling: torque and drag, hanging up of drillstring, casing, or coiled tubing, increased circulating pressures, excessive drillstring vibrations, deviation control problems, annular gas leakage due to poor cement job, and keyhole seating.
• Performed real-time evaluation of wellbore instability.
• Conducted audit on these safety indicators.
• Provided a post-well report to aid in future campaign programs, captured lessons learned, and provided valuable technical recommendations using geoscience and drilling engineering principles.

I assumed responsibility for Junior Engineers offshore Norway and the UK to work as a team on various Formation Evaluation projects in the Ula, Osberg, and Troll Fields.
