  • Managed a team of 7 facilitators to schedule and deliver training on net new operational systems and access Total training hours in excess of 2500 training hours
  • Lead developer of managed services contract for Customer Care Ambassador program (>$2m, 160+ staff), staffing plan, rates and benefits, job descriptions, KPI values, etc
  • Responsible for the integration of over 300 existing policies into the framework of the new international terminal policies and procedures, including regulatory compliance, legal responsibilities, and alignment with company vision
  • Developed several passenger processing trial plans and served as Trials lead for airport operational trials to test readiness of system, staff, passenger flows, passenger processing time, etc
