  • Performing Account maintenance transactions like closing Smartfolio account, updating Investor profile for the client based on Investment objectives. Updating Client Personal info, Beneficiary in RIS and AWS Redo (Amazon web services).
  • Processing all Tickets assigned efficiently and in a timely manner based on their SLA. Making sure SLAs are not missed.
