• Lead electrical design for complex healthcare and utility projects, including HCAI-compliant designs.
• Oversee Construction Administration (CA) phase tasks such as submittals, RFIs, ASIs/ACDs, and site visits.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and AHJs to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Prepare and review single-line diagrams, load calculations, and short circuit studies.
• Mentor junior engineers, delegate tasks, and provide technical guidance to support team development.
• Incorporate lessons learned from CA phases into design improvements, focusing on quality control.
