§ Established consistency ministry wide by instituting nomenclatures and common standards; Fostered collaboration, findability/searchability in ERP system and SharePoint repository for all provincial departments and regions

§ Developed exceptional and clear supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) 1GX process workflows, data process modelling, documentation, instructional manuals, and quick reference guides focused on the needs of the CSS ministry end users and external suppliers

Provided CSS Ministry end users with continuous training to significantly ease the learning curve, navigate screens, and find data requirements within the 1GX system.
