As a Service Representative I assist in monitoring the sales growth and product volume for Big Box Garden Centers. I meet sales goals by setting product to planogram and strategic merchandising. I also work side by side with our accounts to provide them with new information of programs to better service their customers.

Served as the Pro Service expert in store for commercial customers. Responsible for growing the commercial business within the building and managing the top 25 accounts.  Performed order management duties by entering orders, contacting vendors, and tracking and fulfilling orders.  Promoted product and credit services to build relationships with customers.

Assisted customers with finding and loading their products. Maintained a quick load area for top building material products and would load customers vehicles by hand and with forklift equipment.  Responsible for giving the customer fast and helpful service.
