Established a reconciliation action plan that spanned across the entire company (1800 employees) through new policies and procedures ranging from; community relations, cultural awareness training, employment, joint ventures, partnerships, procurement, training, integration and retention.

Contributed to the restructuring of the transportation management procedures as well.

Initiated over 80 new drivers to the professional trucking industry. In vehicle training and mentoring for various period's of time depending on requirements of each different candidate.

Executed various mandates; business relations, economic development, implementing policies and procedures in respect to Indigenous relations, corporate and community mediation, communication, strategic planing and team building. A few examples:

• Kahnawake wind farm project.
• Mining risk management recommendation to the Cree Regional economic development board.
• Conflict resolution between excavation contractor and Kahnawake environment office.
• Business plan for investors in winery development on indigenous territory.
• Crisis and media relations management for horse carriage company in Montreal.

Collaborated in creating the Indigenous relations division for the company. Implemented the Progressive Aboriginal Relations program. Establishing new policies and procedures ranging from community relations, cultural awareness training, employment, joint ventures, partnerships, procurement, training, integration and retention.

Executed various mandates; business relations, economic development, implementing policies and procedures in respect to Indigenous relations, corporate and community mediation, communication, strategic planing and team building. Trained participants and animated short outings as well as international mountaineering expeditions.

Managed many different activities such as strategic planing, work relations, economic development, urbanisme, public transportation, waste management, inter-regional relations, indigenous relations. I held many responsibilities :

Collaborate in creating and managing the Canadian student exchange program . Bringing students from every ridding in Canada to live one summer in a twined students home. Coordinating, security checks, transportation, twining, negotiating with each federal riding elected official, critical management, producing a magazine and major events as well as reporting to parliament on the results.

Running for federal office. Build an elections team, coordinating all aspects of the election process; communications, transportation, volunteers, budget, financing and public speaking.

Sell news paper adds to customers. Innovate with new concepts and promote the usefulness of new promotion strategies.

Manage the production of the local news paper. Supervise the sales team, the journalists, the production team and the clerical staff. Strategic planing and editorial work as well.

Recruit employers, direct students searching for jobs to the appropriate employer. Train students in job search technics. Manage the office tasks with the team.

Receive requests for authorization from merchants. Validate authorizations and proceed to security protocole when required.

Coordinate the national census in Nunavut and Nunavik.
