I am an enthusiastic, high energy, professional biologist, with big experience in electrophysiology study of ion channels, manual and high throughput screening platforms. With strong interest of ion channel in investigating the structure-function and regulatory mechanisms of Ca-channels, voltage dependent potassium channel and mitochondrial protein import channels. I have big experience in working with conventional and automatic patch clamp, artificial planar lipid methods. Big experience for designing new methods and experiments for characterization, investigations and lead optimization of compounds effecting on ion channels I have hand on many research methods including confocal microscopy, molecular biology, immunology. I have very good communication skills, willing to learn new methods and equipments. I enjoy research new knowledge and like creative and challenging work.

I am working on assay development for compound screening on several different type of ion channels including potassium channel Kir2.1, nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (a4b2 and a7 subtypes) using Port-a-patch equipment from Nanion. Developing assay for testing ion pore marking proteins in artificial membranes, for testing activity of viroporins and further compound activity.
