PROJECT: NORTH-SOUTH PARALLEL RUNWAY PROJECT, BENGALURU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, KARNATAKA, INDIA

• Promoted, led, and executed a safety-first culture for all employees, sub-contractors, and consultants in compliance with the project's environmental health and safety program
• In charge of the excavation of the drain trench for a scope of about 10.7 km Concrete Trapezoidal Drain with Trimble Earthworks Automatics installed excavator, a Grade Control System
• Ensuring drain alignment with the help of Trimble GPS Rover as per the drawing along with ensuring the provided FRL and Invert levels are maintained in the concrete lining
• Kerb laying and Paver Block laying at an underpass tunnel and on the approach ramps
• Supervised laying of APP-treated bituminous waterproofing membrane at the underpass tunnel and the approach ramps
• Supervised approach slab constructions for the underpass tunnel approach ramps on either side including excavation, reinforcement, formwork and concreting
• Preparation of material reconciliation on a monthly basis to ensure efficient usage and forecast future requirements and keeping a track record of work progress on a daily basis
• Ensuring appropriate permits are issued for all the activities at the site such as Earthwork permits, Height work permits Night work permits and Airside work permits
• Coordinated with clients for working methodology, and timely completion of the works and ensured the quality and specifications are followed as provided
• Coordinated with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of activities within budget and schedule

PROJECT: AMARAVATI SMART CITY PROJECT, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA

• Periodically reassessing daily goals to meet forecasted production, schedules, and budgets
• Handled the construction of RCC Foundations and Piers for a canal over-bridge and inspected subcontractors’ work
• Executed and completed the excavation works involving about 40000 Cubic meters of hard strata soil on time and supervised the construction of two isolated sloped footings
• BBS preparation for Isolated Sloped Footing and Pier and supervision of both steel and concrete works for the same
• Prepared DPR (Daily Progress Report) using Procube as the project monitoring application
• Kept track record of quantities of work done by the sub-contractors and prepared DLR (Daily Labor Reports)
• Surveyed sites to determine material needs and accurately manage inventories and budgets
• Coordinated with clients for working methodology, and timely completion of the works and ensured the quality and specifications are followed as provided
• Coordinated with safety officials to maintain a safe workplace for workmen and machinery by updating
• RTR (Reverse the Risk) status for every activity through an internal safety app and ensured permits from the client safety department are in hand for all the activities at the site.

PROJECT: TWO-TIER FLYOVER PROJECT, TAMIL NADU, INDIA

• Supervised Pile cap, Isolated Shallow Pier foundation and Pier constructions along with BBS preparation for the same and fulfilled the expectations of clients and the Project Manager in terms of quality and timely completion for 60 Piers out of 164 along with foundation works
• Worked in DMC (Direct Mud Circulation) method boring, chisel boring and auger boring for pile foundations and successfully completed 105 piles where all the tested working piles passed the Static Loading test
• Monitored the quality of the works per the norms stipulated in the PQP and ensured the specifications followed as per the given drawings
• Kept records of the quantity of work done by subcontractors
• Managed site labour and equipment requirements and ensured the safety of the same
• Handled the construction of the pier protection wall for about 5 km on both sides
• Supervised soil testing (confirmatory boring test along with Standard Penetration Test) and maintained the bore log report.
