• Worked on Rebuilding the entire NuVista Oil Gas Datamart, Accounting Datamart, and Operational Datamart using SSIS ETL tool and Azure Cloud Services

Accomplishments

• Successfully delivered improved datamarts by cleaning, detecting, and removing errors, and inconsistencies from data.

• Worked on implementing Big Data Ecosystems: Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Sqoop, Oozie, Polybase, and CDH3 Hadoop cluster
• Used Python Spark and Hive for development
• Helped develop, install, and configure Hadoop ecosystem components that moved data from individual servers to HDFS.
• Created Hive tables to load large sets of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Populated financial report tables using Python Spark
