• I was employed within a continuous 24/7 on-call technical support setting, wherein my responsibilities encompassed the upkeep of applications in accordance with client specifications. This included executing both significant and minor upgrades, overseeing OpenShift Clusters, maintaining applications through the utilization of Prometheus and Grafana Dashboards, and managing alerts and warnings pertaining to OpenShift Clusters.

• Resolved cluster related issues such as image pull back errors, scale up scale down of pod, resource quota management and analysis of disk node utilization.

• Worked in a Backend (non-voice) data process to verify process on a client-based tool.

• Worked on map accuracy using ATLAS and Map Creator by verifying the end customer feedbacks and made relevant changes.

• Consulted teams cross-functionally to coordinate surveys, data management or results use.
