This community service was about raising funds to support and spread awareness about menstrual health in rural areas, with the help of all the money that was raised Girls in various parts of country were counselled on the importance of menstrual health and provided with menstrual hygiene kits. Besides this, sanitation units were built at the local, school and community level so a girl child can stay at school to complete education. These kits were distributed across India, so rest assured, the impact made was felt far and wide.
I reached out to a large number of individuals to ensure that are following procedures and are raising funds for a noble cause.
