Set-up and operates CNC machines to perform precision machining operations including boring, milling, turning, drilling.
Select cutting tools and tooling instructions, according to written specifications or knowledge of metal properties and shop mathematics.
Use different measuring instruments such as calipers,verniers,micrometers,height gauges and go/no-go gauges to examine and verify various machine parts.

Reads and interprets engineering drawings and studies blueprints to establish dimension and tolerance of the finished workpiece.
Confers with engineer,production personnel,programmers to make corrections and solve problems in order to maintain high quality.
Use various hand and power tools to properly fit and assemble machined metal parts as per the specifications.
Sets offsets and makes required adjustments to ensure adherence to tight tolerance dimensions.
Responsible for daily maintenance of assigned machining center.
Maintains workstations as per company's 5s protocol.
Maintained tight tolerances with design specifications.
Inspected, repaired and replaced system components.
