Reporting to General Manager, and ultimately the Nepal Rugby Association, responsible for coaching the team on and off the field to a standard of excellence that will compete at the Asian Rugby level, enhancing the reputation of the Team, the Asian Rugby competition, and domestic rugby. To lead the Nepal National Team (Team) players and coaches, to maximize their performance in all aspects of the game. In partnership with the General Manager and Head of Athletic Performance & Pathways, the Head Coach will support developing and delivering a high-performance environment with a multidisciplinary team that provides the best practice for Players to develop and reach their fullest potential.

Work in partnership with the World Rugby/ Asian Rugby and National Sports Council. High-performance staff to provide guidance and expertise in the identification and development of players in the High-Performance pathway and National Programs for men/women & under-20s.

The Rugby Development Officer - Manitoba will be responsible for supporting the development of rugby in Manitoba and will collaborate with Rugby Canada, and the local rugby clubs. Reporting to the Manager of Rugby Development, the Rugby Development Officer - Manitoba will drive the growth and development of rugby in rugby clubs, schools, and community groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES Club Development

• Responsible for in-person delivery with a focused group of clubs in Manitoba.

• Implementation of individual Club Development Plans.

• Support clubs in the promotion and participation of rugby programming.

• Coordinate regular interaction between Rugby Canada and focus clubs.

School Development

• Responsible for in-person delivery at a focused group of schools in Manitoba.

• Support existing rugby schools with programming and participation support.

• Engage emerging schools and schools without rugby to establish new rugby programming.

• Deliver Rookie Rugby at targeted Elementary Schools in Manitoba.

Provincial Rugby Programs -

Coach age groups & Senior Provincial team.
