PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Project Manager for the building of the Kirkley Centre, Student Recreation Centre, two artificial turf fields and turf replacement at TD Stadium. Refurbished and redesigned old museum space into a combined museum and retail space, working closely with Alumni groups.
PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT: Participated in many pilot projects to evaluate PeopleSoft and Mustang Market components by University of Western Ontario's Finance and Human Resources departments. Developed and implemented inventory control system and procedures for retail operations in SRS. Refined human resources records as well as overtime and attendance controls for SRS.
