-Started out with roadside assistance. Helping with breakdowns, booking 3rd party vendors, tracking pms, processing paperwork

-Working with Operations to meet their needs for the equipment and time lines for 3rd party's to get repairs completed

-Review and approve estimates up to 10k then sending to Operations for approval once the estimate is satisfactory

-Assist Team members when needed with troubleshooting

-Work flexible hours for vacation coverage when needed

-Assist Manager with certain projects and follow ups on equipment repair progress

-Build VRO's, issue po's and complete sections as needed

During this period of my career, I was asked to perform many duties. I was Shop Supervisor at Fort McKay Hammerstone shop. I was sent to our Yorkton branch to help train some techs that came over from Jamaica. I had a key role in setting up our Sundre, AB branch. I was asked to go to Dawson Creek to help the Service Manager at that branch. When Edmonton didn't have a Service Manager I was asked to fill in on a week on/week off basis with the Area Manager. I was asked to go to Prince George to help train the shop foreman when the Service Manager and Parts person both left at the same time.
