• National workgroup chair for the Paramedic Association of Canada Critical Care Paramedic and Interfacility Transport Occupational Profile.
• Operationalized an evidence-based clinical performance assessment for paramedics, now used nationally and internationally.
• Awarded the Chancellor's Medal for the highest master's academic standing in the School of Education and Technology (SET) at Royal Roads University.
• Designed a Community Paramedic post-graduate certificate program with Algonquin College for submission to the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
