• Inspect returned gear for damage before returning it to inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests renting ski and snowboard gear.
• Responsible for receiving and processing incoming calls.
• Gather essential information from callers to determine the nature and urgency of the situation, then relay
information to the relevant department.
• Receive complaints and process them through CityView.
