As a crew member a preformed tasked such as cooking and preparing food as well as helping customers and taking orders. I also wash dishes and keep the store clean and clutter free during shifts.

As a manager I regulate the employs needed in that given time as well as giving directions and leadership to my coworker on what tasks to perform. As a manager I am most proud in my ability to always keep the store running smoothly.

I also handle closing and opening duties such as closing and opening drawers and handling money.

I also train and coach new or less experienced employees to guarantee they are a reliable person to work with.
