S David Dickinson

In 2010 I chose a career in the trucking industry by obtaining my class 1 license and started working long haul throughout Canada and the USA. I made my home in Alberta in 2013 and challenged myself by getting into bulk transport. I have learned that a focus on safety and following procedures are key to not only doing the job safely but also in providing excellent customer service in this competitive industry. During my career at Mantei's, I also became a driver trainer. This experience has allowed me to pass down skills and knowledge I have learned to our new hires, as well as develop a great working relationship with our workforce. I am eager to challenge my career again with an entry into management. I believe my field knowledge of the business, relationship with the team, as well as customer service experience will be a great asset in a management role.
