This will be done in conjunction with the HIS Operations Manager.
  • Handles escalated end-user requests from the HIS Helpdesk Specialist and forwards to appropriate staff/resources as necessary.
  • Escalates end-user requests to appropriate staff and vendors accordingly and works directly with vendors on escalated issues.
  • Assists the HIS Operations Manager with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures in collaboration with program managers to ensure the system is being used appropriately.
