Volunteer Work

I spend a lot of time involved in my kid's activities. I am  deeply involved in Hockey and Baseball. I spend a lot of my free time volunteering with our associations. Example, last September during hockey tryouts, was a volunteer coordinator, I was responsible for all the volunteers on my shift during tryouts. I made sure that all positions of tryouts were covered and always had enough people. At the end of shifts I would make sure all paperwork was submitted to the proper league representative.

The major cost saving in the previous set up was constantly losing water. Involved in defining scope, planning, executing, and monitoring the project.

Changeover time reduction, Reduce changeover time by more than 50% from well over 40 minutes down to under 20 minutes. Set up tool cabinets with home positions for each change over part and color coded for easy visualization. Involved in defining scope, planning, executing, and monitoring the project.
