I am currently Lead of two accounts I have had to learn multiple work functions in a short mount of time. Boiron has recently moved onto the Helix system so I had to learn both gws and helix to ensure both accounts run smoothly without having service failures. I upgrade carriers or cancel orders as requested by the client when they send out an email. Currently their has been more I help with like updating the SCORECARD, KPI AND Inventory control. when the client wants a Cycle count I make sure to get it done in a timely manner. Most mornings I clock in and wave orders before the team gets on the floor so they have plenty to work on. If they have system issues that i can't figure out i send out helpdesk tickets to make sure we get our accounts running smoothly.
