• Prep-cook, sous chef, chef, including various duties from interacting with retreat guests to maintenance of the kitchen itself, kitchen organization.

• I held carious capacities from being a cook, a pizza chef leading a pizza evening every week.
• Managed a produce section as well as a general floor clerk and as a barista.

• Worked on the salad line as well as the soup line of the restaurant.

Worked as a juicer with an industrial juicer in the produce department.

Stocked produce and assisted with food prep within the department (salsa, guacamole and mango salsa).

Interacted with customers for special orders and other departments.

• Various tasks and duties including cooking, ushering guests and guest interaction, leading yoga and meditation, moving furniture, cleaning, house keeping, garden work.

• Worked as an assistant teacher for an after school program teaching elementary school kids basic engineering concepts using Lego toys.
