Personal work Philosophy

I believe a co operative work  relationship with co workers can produce excellent results as well as provide a sense of pride and accomplishment for all involved. This is done through support, empathy and directness. Being clear on what is expected and the common goals all while providing a work-life balance is  very important to me. I can recall similar situations where I needed these aspects but they were not available to me. Through my vast experience I believe I can produce these results and follow in the foot steps of my manager.
