- Make 250+ outbound prospecting calls a week.
- Develop business plans, track goals, and grow a team to help achieve those goals.
- Lead marketing workshops for real estate professionals to help them generate more business (50+ realtors in workshops)
- Develop key sales skills and have closed over $50 million in production
- Submit loan applications to underwriter for verification and recommendations.
- Originate, review, process, close and administer customer loan proposals.
- Recommend loan approvals and denials based on customer loan application reviews.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of bank records and client information.
- Review and edit loan agreements to promote efficiency and accuracy.
- Advise clients on mortgage, education and personal loans.
- Assist senior-level credit officers with complex loan applications.
- Closely monitor performance of current portfolio of specialty loans and make changes to achieve performance targets.
- Create strategies to develop and expand existing customer sales, resulting in increase in annual sales.
