I was responsible for PLC programming, debugging, testing, and commissioning the MFA Line in the GM Cami Plant, and Mini-Stack and Full-Stack Lines at the GM Plant Spring Hill, Tennessee, USA. The following is the list of activities I performed during these projects.

• Assigned Ethernet Settings and IP addresses on Turck I/O Modules, Matrox Vision Cameras, Allen-Bradley Armorstart drives, Siemens RFID, SMC Pneumatic and Vacuum manifolds, and Bosch-Rexroth Servo Drives.
• Done I/O testing compared to the hardware drawings and HMI scroll list. During the I/O testing, I fixed, rewired, and changed equipment to comply with the drawings.
• Verified, checked, and adjusted the functions and motions of the assembly stations using the scroll list. To finish manual testing, jumpers were made to bypass interlocks. During this testing, I verified the scroll list description, compared it with the PLC rungs description, and edited it accordingly.
• Used Version Dog to save versions of the PLC Logic and HMI files.
• Modified PLC Programs to reduce cycle time to reach the desired time.
• I am familiar with the GM Workplace Safet System(WSS), Management of Change (MOC), G-Comply, Hazardous Energy Control(HEC), and Request to Unlock Safety Task(RUST).
• I am proficient in GM Controls Logic Architecture and have experience with Vision, Servo Drives, FANUC robots, Siemens HMI, and Safety Certification in Safe Equipment Design.

• Programming for S7-1500 Siemens PLC from scratch.
• Integrating Comau Robots, Siemens drives, and CNC machines.
• Integration and Programming of Cognex Barcode Scanners.

I have done projects for BMW South Africa, BMW Mexico, Vinfast Vietnam, Voestalpine South Africa, and Linde Wiemann Germany.
