At the barley merchant i started on mostly fryers and oven while doing closing shifts.
I quickly worked my way up to knowing flattop, grill, and pans.
Then in effort to learn more after PC1 i joined the morning team, working on butchery baking and fresh cuts; this also includes doing counts and following 3 day pars.
