Outreach Support Services is a sub division of CSINW.

We provide the same services and fulfill the same duties in clients private homes.

• Help clients manage daily tasks and individual goals, supporting independence and social skills.
• Visit home environments to help clients develop comprehensive life, technical and job skills.
• Assist clients with perineal care, bathing, grooming, dressing and oral hygiene care both in private residences and facilities.
• Administer and assist clients with medications.
• Cooked meals and assisted patients with eating tasks to support healthy nutrition.
• Preform duties in accordance with applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment.
• Entrusted to handle confidential and sensitive situations in professional matter.
• Built and maintained rapport with clients and family members to facilitate trusting caregiver relationship.
