Project Leadership
Led and managed a climate action initiative through the Youth Climate Action Fund, which supports youth-led and youth-serving organizations addressing environmental issues in local communities. As an independent consultant, oversaw all aspects of the project—from strategy and planning to execution and evaluation. Designed, distributed, and analyzed a comprehensive community survey completed by nearly 900 participants to identify climate concerns, knowledge gaps, and local priorities. Developed a tailored funding and resource guide to support the implementation of low-carbon initiatives, connecting community members to grants, training programs, and government resources.
