Summary

Highly passionate professional who strives for customer experience in every aspect of the food and beverage industry. With over 25 years of service in my field, my attention to detail has been fine tuned. From working in small intimate fine dining restaurants to large boutique hotels and now working with corporate food & beverage planning within the museums, I feel I am well rounded and have a variety of skills and knowledge to offer anyone entering this industry. I too am learning so many new avenues and directions that this industry can take you. Teaching is one I am very interested in. Both my parents had full careers in teaching for over 40 years, and I look forward to an opportunity to experience the same thrill it gave them for so long.
