I have been in the customer service industry since 1994. Continued until I became a mother in 2007. Until 2014 when I got back into the work force.

I am a widowed mother of 3 teenagers. And continue to learn and build my skills to effectively increase my knowledge and understanding of my passions and abilities.

I am easy to get along with, level headed and use critical thinking skills in all aspects of life.
