  • Instrumental in securing a new buyer to ensure the future operation of CrushCamp following three years of unprecedented business interruption.
  • Assumed full responsibility for hiring, managing, mentoring, and on-boarding our entire team of 30 employees and independent contractors.
  • End-to-end creation and implementation of our sales, marketing, and business strategy including: MindBody, web, email and social media marketing updates, team and client processes, external business / community partner coordination etc...
  • Production and management of marketing materials including: email, automation campaigns, social media (static and video), YouTube, print, and website content.
  • Consistently surpassing industry standards for email marketing open and click through rates. (30-45% Open, 1.5-12% CTR for mass emails in 2024.)
  • Coordinate and facilitate: events, workshops, community building, fundraising, and marketing initiatives with: CMLC, Run Calgary, YYC RunCrew, Platform, The Aboriginal Friendship Centre of Calgary and others for lead generation, brand awareness, and supplemental revenue.
  • Facilitation of goal coaching with team and clients (professional and holistic wellness goals, and InBody Scanner result interpretation) as a tool to drive membership sales and retention.
