Took on design tasks such as:

• Providing typical details for commercial and residential projects using Revit Creating interior and exterior conceptual designs for review by clients
• Using Enscape to create interior and exterior renders Coordinating between subtrades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Floor and Roof Truss, etc.)
• Completing building permit application documents for submission to City
• Setting up on-site meetings with subtrades to review overall design scope and ensure all items are accounted for during the schematic design stage
• Reviewing zoning bylaw requirements
• Using the Ontario Building Code to ensure design drawings include all necessary requirements

Took on jobs such as:

• Loading and unloading boat lifts and boat docks for customers
• Assembling lifts as well as boat docks in the water
• Cutting and assembling panels to be placed on the dock
• Cutting aluminum within the shop and assisting wherever needed

Took on roles and responsibilities such as:

• Organizing activities for the kids during the week
• Picking up members off the bus and making sure groups and activities ran smoothly throughout the afternoon
• Taking part in food drives that were organized and ran at our local Home Depot

• Provided property upkeep
