Lead all-staff daily meetings, manage PT/OT and trajectory of accomplishment, obtain orders, complete nursing and multidisciplinary plan of care, lead nursing admission process, represent nursing department in the multidisciplinary review process, manage medication storage, medication administration, act as liason and advocate between caregivers, patients and doctors.

I have initiated and implemented a new method of education and assessment for patients with diabetes and implemented a more effective charting method within the computer system, both of which free considerable RN hours to attend to other duties and proving more cost effective time management for nursing staff.

During pauses in employment I owned a non-profit animal rescue, and had 3 beautiful children. My husband and I owned a Mortgage Brokerage and real estate company at which I lent my strengths to real estate investing, procurement, renovation, design, and sales. I implemented several sales strategies that recycled real estate leads at our call center, and executed payroll and hiring processes.

Integrative Health infusion RN, Administered IV therapies, monitored patients for adverse reactions, injections and blood draws, responsible for ordering and maintaining stock of IV medications, supplies and nutritional supplements.

During this time I worked for 4 outpatient surgery centers in Orange County. Elliott and True Medical Group, Millenium Surgery Center, Orange County Nasal and Sinus Surgery Center, and Our Nations Surgery Center. At each, I performed Peri-Operative duties including pre-op, OR (circulating) and PACU. These areas include medication administration/pain management, patient education, admission, prep, cardiac monitoring,starting IVs, EKG's, patient post anesthesia recovery, suture removal, wound assessment, vital signs, drain removals, in the areas of ENT, orthopedic, cosmetic and pain management
