I have four young boys ages 12-5 yrs old. The last 10 years I have full devoted myself to be a stay at home mom so my children would have stability at home and I pride myself on being there for my kids during their younger years. I love planning outings and activities to keep us busy and of course have fun and be goofy. I have volunteered at their school as a Pac member for many years as the fruit/veggie and milk coordinator as i hold a current food safe certificate. I also know as a wife and a mother of many kids just how important it is to take care of yourself and exercise whenever possible.
