As a store associate, I provided exceptional customer service by delivering information regarding the price of a product, leading the customer to the desired aisle, and assisting them in locating their choice of products. Moreover, my responsibilities included preparing and packaging blister packs for patients, checking up on and maintain inventory, assisting the pharmacist in dispensing medications and providing patient care, working with team members to assure best quality care to patients, answering phone calls to assist patients and medical professionals.
