Designed the workflow and migrated segmented charges to the existing construct, ensuring data consistency. Revamped the charges creation UI and optimized slab definitions for accurate charge application, resulting in a 20% reduction in shipping costs and increased profit margins by 15%.
- Led the implementation of fence-sitter and region-based coupons, coordinating across multiple microservices from app to coupons.
