  • Company Overview: Citi bank is a Global bank with its branches spread across the globe. MS CRM is their base for maintaining customers and their data. Now with the fantasizing features of Dynamics 365, customer wanted to migrate to D365. Bank has 10 external integrations to interact with CRM. Along with the CRM dashboard, we also implemented KPI Metrics which will represent the trends of the user payment transactions. To get access to all these, the user must go through login portal, which is also an added deliverable for this project.
  • Designed and developed custom solutions within Dynamics CRM environments, including forms, views, workflows, and dashboards. Implemented custom plugins and JavaScript extensions to automate business processes and enhance user experience.
