I am a Pega certified Lead System Architect having 14.6 years of industry experience and 11.6 years of relevant experience in Pega PRPC .
My areas of engagement are architectural designing,
solutioning , client interaction, requirement gathering , DCO , technical analysis and review and effort estimation.
I have worked mostly for Banking and Financial industry clients like Scotia bank , Canada | Lloyds Banking Group , UK | Citi Bank , USA | BB&T bank , USA | Bank Mandiri, Indonesia | FE Credit , Vietnam .

Key responsibilities and achievements:
- Lead the upgrade assessment discussion to understand the effort, impacts and challenges
- Prepare a plan to replace the depricated Pega features with the newest features, for an example , replacing the traditional email sending approach with new Microsoft Graph Api invocation.
- Executed the modernization tool to understand the newest Pega recommendations and replace the old code occurrences with the new recommendations.
- Oversaw the design, build, and maintenance of the Pega Applications, applying best practices.
- Leveraged Pega deployment manager (PDM) to streamlining continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and enhancing software delivery.
- Integrated Pega application with Splunk and dynatrace to enhance performance monitoring and log analysis
- Configured the PRAuth SSO implementation to enhance the authentication mechanism to reduce login time from existing LDAP authentication
- Rebuild the Pega Call functionality to integrate with Avaya CTI for CSR functioning.
- Implemented Theme-Cosmos skin to replace existing UI-KIT: 15 version to give a new look to the user portals.

The peer review helps to monitor a CPA firm’s accounting and auditing practice (practice monitoring). The goal of the practice monitoring, and the program itself, is to promote and enhance quality in the accounting and auditing services provided by the CPA firms subject to these standards. This goal serves the public interest and enhances the significance of AICPA membership and accounting and audit quality.
As part of the upgrade process, development team carried out an upgrade exercise from 7.2.1 to 8.4.3 environment.
