
Dedicated public safety professional with over four years of experience in community corrections with Correctional Service Canada and service as a Canadian Armed Forces Reservist and working as a Human Resource Assistant with Nova Multifest, supported by an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management. Extensive frontline experience working with federally sentenced individuals, preparing behavioural reports for Parole Officers and National Duty Officers, managing high-risk situations, and supporting rehabilitation and reintegration within structured policy environments.
Through this experience, developed a strong understanding of how public policy, governance, and organizational decision-making directly impact operational outcomes in corrections, public safety, and community supervision. Seeking to pursue a Master of Public Administration to deepen knowledge in public policy, strategic management, and evidence-based governance in order to contribute more effectively to system-level improvements within Canada’s correctional and public service institutions.
