- Managing 100-400 income tax report cases at a time. Correcting reports if needed by following up to date governmental procedures and/or regulations. Distributing cases to the accurate department for proper evaluation before processing. And contacting (phone/ letter/ email) the taxpayer to receive accurate information about their income or financial situation.
- Answering department phones calls from tax payers regarding their case and answering any department related questions.
- Providing internal airport medical, fire, police, security, immigration service and airport maintenance dispatch for both YUL and YMX airports and its surroundings.
- Working with NAVCAN and SGAT for any airport/ aircraft emergencies or operational delays.
- Working with external first response units for any urgent situation requiring their assistance (K9 unit, Urgence Santé, Eclipse, USCBP, CBSA, RCMP, SIM, etc).
- Providing support to the télésurveillance unit in and around the airport.
