• Assisted owner with his clients for renewals of accounts and adding new accounts on a monthly basis
• added my clients as they came into the brokerage to help build the book of business
• Learned company policies and procedures to provide effective client support.

Assisted both owners with maintaining their books of business for renewals and entering new clients into Epic

Helped the accountant with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables and training staff on using the Epic system more efficiently

Also worked on bringing clients of my own into the brokerage to build the business

Worked exclusively with the manager of the brokerage on his accounts for renewals and servicing these clients.

Also was starting to build a book of business of my own that continued to grow.

I took an interest in volunteering my services to entice the staff to contribute to Christmas hampers and building houses in the summer too!
