- In charge of cross-system payment updates for all items in Cash receipts and journal entries
- Processed invoices and staff expense reports in a timely manner using accounts payable approval systems (Papersave Workflow & Microsoft Great Plains)
- Ensured accuracy of the vendor profile including the validity of the HST number, etc
- Assisted with Financial Reporting, budgeting & forecasting process using advanced data functions (Pivot, VLOOKUP, IF function etc.)
- Assisted with policy & procedural documentation, version tracking and maintenance
- Managed the generic finance inbox and acted as the point of contact for relevant inquiries
- Assisted the team with duties during peak periods during month/year end, board meetings, audit preparation and any ad-hoc duties as required
