
I own and operate a seafood restaurant and have hands-on experience managing international seafood shipments through the Port of Los Angeles and Ensenada Mexico. Consels all employees on a leave of absence on employee benefits, to ensure there benefits are paid on a timely manner while employee is out on a leave of absence. Counsel all employees on medical benefits, early retirement and disability retirement. Research retirement and benefit related information.
